We usually use our trusted partner GLS. For deliveries with alcohol we use PostNL for the ID-check.

Deliveries outside Europe are carried out by FedEx.

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

You can return your products free of charge within 30 days. The first day starts when you receive your product.

We cannot take back products that have become defective due to misconduct. This applies to all faults that are not covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If you do not use your products in a responsible manner, it is not possible to return them.

Two examples of misconduct are:
1. Your product has fallen from a (high) place.
2. Your product has fallen into the water.

With Le Zen you are always entitled to 2 years warranty. The first day starts on the day you receive your invoice.

If the defect is within the manufacturer's warranty, we will first try to repair it. If we are unable to repair it, we will provide you with a new product or a credit note to the value of the purchase.

If our repair takes longer than two weeks, we will also send you a new product.

It is best to clean your Le Zen products with a warm wet cloth. Once you have completed this task, dry it with a dishcloth.
After this, your Le Zen will be completely clean and fresh again.

All models are water proof, meaning rain or even storm with water is no problem as long the user closes the charging cap at the bottom of the product.
They all have the IP54 water-resistant certificate. The Le Zen products are not water resistant in the sense that you can put them into the swimming pool or take them with you in the sea.
